The Ketubah is a Jewish marriage contract that is just like a prenuptial agreement, in it is an outlines the duties of the bride and groom. The Ketubah is written by the father of the groom. One of the main and most important reason for the creation of the ketubah is for the purpose of having a written record of what the bride would get in case of; divorce or death of the groom.

A Ketubah can also be referred to as covenant, in Matthew 26:26-28 we see where Jesus makes this covenant with his diciples. The Bible is our Covenant with Jesus, in God's word is where we can find all of the promises of God!
